Subscription Tiers

Lutendo provides three distinct subscription tiers, each designed to match different levels of campaign management needs and automation preferences. Before diving into the specifics, it’s important to understand that all subscription costs cover our service fees, while product refund amounts require separate deposits into your account through crypto or cash deposit options.

Basic Tier

This self-managed solution provides essential tools for campaign creation, tester selection, and manual refund processing. It’s perfect for businesses starting their journey with product testing or those who prefer hands-on campaign management.

Automated Tier

The Automated tier elevates your campaign management with smart automation, particularly in refund processing. This subscription removes the manual workload of refund handling while maintaining your control over strategic decisions. All-Inclusive Tier

Our All-Inclusive tier delivers the ultimate hands-off experience. A dedicated campaign manager oversees your entire process, from campaign creation to tester selection and communication. This premium service combines automated refund processing with expert campaign management, ideal for businesses seeking maximum results with minimum involvement.

Credit Types

The backbone of campaign execution on Lutendo relies on three distinct credit types, each serving specific purposes in your campaign journey:

Review Credits

Review Credits form the foundation of review-objective campaigns. These credits are consumed when you approve testers for campaigns aimed at gathering authentic product reviews. Your subscription tier determines your monthly allocation, and while they don’t roll over to the next period, they provide consistent capacity for maintaining your review generation efforts.

Sales Credits

Sales Credits, though not included in default subscriptions, serve as specialized units for sales-objective campaigns. These credits are strategically allocated at Lutendo’s discretion and specifically support campaigns focused on driving sales rather than reviews. They offer flexibility in campaign objectives while maintaining platform integrity.

Extra Credits

Extra Credits provide additional flexibility across all subscription tiers. These non-expiring, non-renewing credits can be purchased separately and are essential for automated refund processing. They require sufficient account balance to function and can be used across both automated and non-automated campaigns based on your needs.

💡 Important Note

When creating campaigns, remember that product costs are separate from subscription fees. For example, if you’re offering a €10 discount per item across 50 reviews, you’ll need to deposit €500 to cover refunds. This amount returns to you through sales channel transactions, minus any applicable commissions and fees.

Your Subscription

Subscription Renewal

Managing your Lutendo subscription is straightforward and transparent. Your subscription automatically renews based on your chosen billing cycle – monthly subscribers are billed each month on their subscription date, while yearly subscribers enjoy the convenience of annual billing with added cost benefits. We’ll send you a reminder email seven days before any renewal to ensure you’re always informed about upcoming charges and can make any necessary adjustments to your subscription.

Subscription Cancellation

Should you need to cancel your subscription, we’ve made the process simple and clear. Send your cancellation request to [email protected], and our team will guide you through the process. Your access to Lutendo’s features remains active until the end of your current billing period, allowing you to complete any ongoing campaigns. While we don’t provide refunds for unused periods, we ensure you can make the most of your remaining subscription time.

Finding Your Invoices

Finding your invoices and tracking your billing history is easy through your Lutendo account. Navigate to the Billing section in your dashboard to access all your payment records. Here you’ll find a complete history of your transactions, downloadable invoice PDFs, and options to update your billing information. This centralized location helps you maintain clear financial records and manage your subscription expenses efficiently.

Overdue Accounts

When your subscription payment is unsuccessful, your account enters an overdue status, affecting your campaign management capabilities while preserving essential functions. During this period, Lutendo maintains a balance between protecting ongoing campaigns and ensuring you can fulfill existing obligations to product testers. Your account retains access to critical features needed to manage existing commitments, particularly refund processing and tester communication.

While in overdue status, you maintain the ability to process refunds through your dashboard, ensuring you can honor your commitments to testers who have completed campaign objectives. This is particularly crucial as testers have a maximum 7-day window to receive their refunds after completing campaign requirements. Maintaining timely refunds, even during an overdue period, helps prevent product returns and protects your marketplace performance metrics.

Communication channels remain open during this period, allowing you to stay in touch with your active testers and manage ongoing campaigns. You’ll also retain access to your account settings and billing history, making it straightforward to resolve the overdue status by updating your payment information or settling any outstanding balance.

It’s important to note that prolonged overdue status can lead to product returns from testers who haven’t received their refunds within the specified timeline. While we implement protective measures for both parties, the best way to avoid complications is to maintain process refunds promptly.
