Verifying the Order ID
As a seller on Lutendo, verifying the Order ID provided by your product testers is a crucial step in ensuring the authenticity of the purchase and moving the campaign forward. In this article, we’ll walk you through the process of verifying the Order ID.
Once a product tester provides an Order ID, you’ll receive an email notification from us. This notification will let you know that there are new Order IDs waiting for your review.
Accessing the Order IDs
To review the newly posted Order IDs, click on the ‘Confirm Order ID’ tab on your account dashboard. This will take you directly to the applications screen where you can view the Order IDs.
Verifying the Order ID
On the applications screen, choose the corresponding application and click on the Cart icon underneath the action items. This will bring up a screen showing the Order ID.
If the Order ID matches your records, approve it to move the tester to the next step. If there’s a mismatch, mark it for correction and we’ll notify the tester to provide the correct Order ID.
