How to Complete Your Profile

Before participating in Lutendo campaigns, you’ll need to complete your profile. This guide walks you through the essential steps to set up your account properly.

All profile components must be completed before you can apply for campaigns. This includes yor:

  • Phone verification
  • Amazon ID
  • At least one payment method

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Accessing Profile Settings

  1. Login your account on Lutendo App
  2. Click the user icon in the top right corner of the navigation bar
  3. Select “Settings” from the dropdown menu

2. Account Details Section

Mobile Verification
  1. Locate the “Mobile” field in the Account Details tab
  2. Enter your phone number
  3. Click “Send Verification Code”
  4. Enter the SMS code you receive and verify your phone number
Complete Account Details Section

Complete the following fields:

  • Full Name: Enter exactly as it appears on official documents

    Note: Your name remains private and won’t be visible to sellers

  • Amazon ID: Your unique Amazon identifier

  • Bio: Write a description that sellers will see

    Tip: Include your interests, product preferences, and review style

  • Gender: Select your preference
  • Address: Full address including city and ZIP code

3. Payment Details Section

Switch to the Payment Details tab to set up your preferred refund method(s).

Bank Transfer

Required information:

  • Account holder name
  • IBAN (International Bank Account Number)
  • SWIFT/BIC code
Cryptocurrency

Required information:

  • Blockchain network selection
  • Token specification
  • Wallet address
PayPal

Required information:

  • PayPal.me link

Troubleshooting

Setting up your profile should be straightforward, but sometimes you might run into small issues. Don’t worry – most problems have simple solutions. First, make sure you’ve typed all your information correctly. Check that your phone number includes the country code and has no extra spaces. When entering payment details, double-check all numbers and letters are correct. Sometimes simply refreshing your browser can fix display issues.

Now that your profile is complete, you’re ready to start your journey as a product tester. Take some time to look through the available campaigns on your dashboard. When you find something interesting, just click to apply. Remember, sellers will see your bio when reviewing your application, so make sure it shows why you’d be a great tester. Once you’re approved for a campaign, you can start testing products and earning refunds right away.
