Cryptocurrency:
- Specify the network (lowest cost networks like USDT Tron20 are recommended to minimize additional costs for sellers, which would also result in higher rate in your campaign approval)
- Provide your wallet address

After successfully completing your obligations for a campaign, whether it is a sales or review campaign, the refund process will be initiated. The refund will be processed within 7 days of meeting the campaign objective.
- For campaigns with a sales objective, you will receive your refund within 7 days after inserting the Order ID on the Lutendo platform. It is crucial to provide the correct Order ID to ensure timely processing of your refund
- For campaigns with a review objective, you will receive your refund within 7 days of successfully completing and submitting your review.
- For non-managed campaigns, the seller is responsible for processing the refund within 7 days of campaign completion
- Lutendo acts as an intermediary between the seller and the product tester, guaranteeing a smooth refund process. In managed campaigns, Lutendo takes responsibility for ensuring that you receive your refund within 7 days of completing the campaign objective

Once the refund is processed, you have a 3-day window to confirm that you have received the refund. To confirm the refund, navigate to the campaign page on Lutendo and mark the refund as received.
- If you do not manually confirm the receipt of the refund within 3 days, the system will automatically mark the refund as completed. This automation ensures a seamless process and helps maintain the integrity of the platform
- However, it is recommended to actively confirm the refund to avoid any potential discrepancies
In the rare event that you do not receive your refund within the specified timeline, Lutendo provides a dispute resolution process.
- If you have not received your refund after 7 days, you can report the issue to Lutendo by following steps below:
- Provide all relevant information, including the campaign details and any communication with the seller

Prohibited Actions:

Engaging in such actions will result in immediate and permanent exclusion from the Lutendo platform.
