Penalty Score / De-activation of Your Account
At Lutendo, we maintain high standards to ensure a fair and trustworthy environment for both testers and sellers. To uphold these standards, we’ve implemented a strict Penalty Score system. Understanding this system is crucial for maintaining your standing on our platform.
The Penalty Score System
Your account starts with a clean slate (0 points). As infractions occur, points are added to your Penalty Score. The maximum Penalty Score is 200 points, at which point your account will be permanently deactivated.
Penalty Point Infractions
The following actions will result in penalty points being added to your account:
- Not redeeming a discount voucher code as per the campaign directive: 50 points
- Not depositing the Order ID on Lutendo within 7 days of campaign approval: 50 points (also leads to revocation of the approval)
- Not completing the campaign objective within 7 days after depositing Order ID: 25 points
Accumulation and Consequences
- Penalty points are cumulative and do not expire.
- Reaching 75 points will result in a warning and temporary suspension (7 days).
- Reaching 125 points will result in a final warning and extended suspension (30 days).
Immediate Deactivation Triggers
Certain severe infractions will result in immediate and permanent account deactivation, regardless of your current Penalty Score:

- Attempting to return products after confirming refund receipt: (immediate deactivation)
- Returning products without prior notice to seller and Lutendo: (immediate deactivation)
- Abusive or threatening behavior towards sellers or Lutendo staff: (immediate deactivation)
- Fraudulent activities or misrepresentation: (immediate deactivation)
Important Notes
- Once points are added to your Penalty Score, they cannot be removed.
- There is no automatic rehabilitation process. Each case is reviewed individually.
Remember, your conduct on Lutendo affects not only your account but also the experiences of sellers and the integrity of our platform. By adhering to these guidelines, you help create a trustworthy and beneficial environment for all users.
